1. Registration Cancellation

All event registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Participants are encouraged to carefully review all event details before completing their registration.

2. No-Show Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or missed sessions during the event.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers (due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or venue issues), we will:

Offer an alternative date or format (e.g., virtual participation).

Provide partial or full refunds only if rescheduling is not possible or suitable, at the discretion of the organizing committee.

4. Force Majeure

JITO CFE & JITO GURUGRAM CHAPTER FOUNDATION will not be held liable for cancellation or changes due to events beyond its control including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

5. Transfer Policy

Registrations are non-transferable. Changing the registered name or replacing a participant is not permitted without prior written approval from the organizing team.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon only.
