1. Registration & Access

All registrations must be completed through our official website.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

The organizers reserve the right to approve or reject entries without prior notice.

2. Event Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification and removal.

3. Event Schedule & Modifications

The schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue may be modified at the organizer’s discretion.

Updates will be communicated via email or the official website.

4. Ticketing & Refunds

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), rescheduling or online event alternatives may be offered.

Refunds (if issued) will be processed within 14 business days.

Disclaimer: JITO CFE & JITO GURUGRAM CHAPTER FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify or cancel registrations at its discretion. Any decision made by the organizing committee regarding ticketing shall be final and binding.

All Disputes - Disputes are subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction only.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, session materials, videos, and documentation are the intellectual property of JITO CFE or associated partners.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or recording is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

JITO CFE is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings during the event.

Participation is at your own risk.

7. Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

Images/videos may be used on social media, website, and marketing material.

8. Use of Website

Users agree not to misuse the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Website downtime, technical glitches, or errors will be resolved promptly, but JITO CFE is not liable for inconvenience caused.
